This annealing furnace is developed in the workshop and have the following capabilities:
  • Base pressure: < 1×10-3 Pa
  • Magnetic field: ± 200 Oe
  • Temperature: room temperature ~ 500 °C
This system belongs to Magnetic Materials Group led by Prof. Kevin O'Grady at the Department of Physics.
